Yes we operate on an appointment only basis. This enables us to provide one to one service to our brides and their guests at each of their appointments.  

Our appointments last for 1hour and 15mins If you would like a longer appointment please feel free to get in contact with us and we can discuss your individual requirements. 

We can have the bride plus 3 guests. If you require more guests to attend please let us know in advance so that we can set up the appointment for this.

We have our own recommended seamstress, we can provide you further information when purchasing your dress.

Please note that photography is NOT allowed in appointments.  We understand that some brides have family and friends who can't be at their appointments due to restrictions or living abroad. We can discuss different options with our brides to overcome this during your initial consultation. 

We always advise to start looking for your dress a year or so before your wedding date, so that you don't become stressed if it takes you slightly longer to say yes to your perfect gown. It usually takes a gown (depending on designer) five to nine months to arrive and you would want to leave additional time for your alterations if required also. Many designers will have rush options, but there may be an additional fee for this service. 

There is on street car parking and a pay and display car park 200 metres from the store towards the Kings Hall. 

Our gowns are priced from £1400 and upwards. If you would like to discuss budgets with us please contact us or follow us on social media for information on up and coming designer days. 

We stock from UK size 10 - UK size 16, but there is always a selection of both smaller and larger pieces. 

We require an initial down payment that accounts for 50% of the total price of the dress. When we get notification of shipping from your chosen designer the final balance will be due. This is usually 2-4 weeks before it arriving in store.

We usually would arrange for your dress to arrive closer to your wedding date. As per our company T & C’s we work to deliver your dress 2-3 months before your wedding date In line with alterations. If you would like your dress earlier we can arrange this at the time of ordering however you would need to arrange storage of your dress until your seamstress/wedding date. If you have ordered your dress less than 10 months before your wedding date we will individually discuss delivery time lines  with you at time of ordering as will vary.

These are fantastic events where you will have the opportunity to see a designers full new collection before the gowns are even in boutiques. Some designers will also offer discounts during these events.
